EIN ITALIENISCHES HERZ

Die Firma Slitti wurde im 1969 als Kaffeerösterei gegründet, scheidenden sich, in ihrem Gebiet für die Qualität des Produkts. Im Jahr 1989, mit dem Eintrag in das Unternehmen der Söhne Andrea und Daniele, erweitern sich die Produktion, mit die Hinzufügung des Verarbeitungs von Kakao.

Die Leidenschaft, die Geschicklichkeit und die kontinuierliche Forschung, führen uns um innovative und einzigartige Produkte zu erstellen, die uns in die Welt der Schokolade zu unterscheiden.

Bald werden die ersten Erfolge in internationalen Schokoladewettbewerben kommen, und projizieren das Unternehmen, um die Aufmerksamkeit der Medien und auf die Anforderung, immer größer, von seine Produkte. Dies bringt die Unternehmen auf eine schnelle Entwicklung und auf die Notwendigkeit, von der Slitti Familie, um ein neues Labor zu schaffen. Das Projekt beinhaltet eine Struktur mit einer architektonischen Konnotation an Energieeinsparung und grüne Gebäude ab. Im Jahr 2012 ist das neue Labor in Tätigkeit, und erfüllte damit die Produktionsanforderungen der Kunden.

Slitti, ist heute einer der wichtigsten Namen in der Welt für die handgemachte Schokolade und seine Produkten sind in über 25 Ländern vorhanden.

Andrea Slitti gilt heute als einer der wichtigsten Handwerker Chocolatiers der Welt.

Seine Abenteuer mit Kakao geht von der Erfahrung in seiner Familie- Kaffeerösterei , und, es war der Kaffee, seine einzige Lehrer, der ihn in die Welt der Schokolade geführt hat und gab ihm die Erfahrung, um Mischungen ausgewogen, rund und aromatisch zu erstellen .

Erfahrene Wähler von Kakao, stützt er auf seinen Gaumen die Realisierung seiner Rezepte, immer mit viel Aufmerksamkeit vorbereitet, ohne Vernachlässigung kein Detail.
Dank sein Geschick und künstlerische Ader, hat er den renommiertesten internationalen Wettbewerbe von Schokolade bis heute gewonnen, bilden eine beneidenswerte Liste der Goldmedaillen. Seine Produktlinie ist in den wichtigsten ausgewählten Geschäften in über 25 Ländern weltweit.
